Singapore-born London based designer Eugene Lin established his eponymous label in 2009, launching his debut womenswear collection over London Fashion Week and he has continued to exhibit at Paris Fashion Week seasonally since 2010. His collections have been featured in various online and print publications such as Vogue, Elle, The Times, Drapers and WGSN.
Lin trained at Central Saint Martins earning a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design Womenswear and a distinction in the Post-Graduate Pattern Cutting Diploma. He honed his pattern cutting skills at Tristan Webber, Preen and Vivienne Westwood, and upon graduation, worked for other successful UK-based designers Roksanda Ilincic and Ashley Isham.
With a strong focus on creative cutting and a sharp eye for detail, the seasonal collections express Lin’s aesthetic of sophistication through intelligent design and immaculate craftsmanship. Comfort and luxury are synonymous with the label. A skilled pattern cutter, Lin cuts all of his patterns himself. Each garment is meticulously executed to create interesting pieces that defy seasonal restrictions. Sensuous yet subtle, the unique identity of each piece reflects quiet poise. Understated yet confident, it is ready-to-wear of exceptional quality. Eugene Lin is designed and currently manufactured in London.
2009年新加坡出生設計師Eugene Lin在倫敦成立他同名品牌並於倫敦時裝週中首次發布系列女裝作品，並於2010年參與巴黎時裝週展覽，傑出作品已經吸引國際媒體如Vogue、Elle、The Times、Drapers 及 WGSN之報導。
設計師Eugene Lin畢業於英國聖馬丁設計學院並取得打版及剪裁研究所學位，後續於知名設計師如Tristan Webber、Preen Vivienne Westwood等旗下學習的精力，讓Eugene Lin打版及設計技巧更上純熟，之後於知名國際設計師Roksanda Ilincic 及Ashley Isham 團隊下工作。
