衣廠多無法協力，紡拓會於2012年度4月建置「服飾試作工場」，編置多位資深的專業人才與三
十餘台最新專業製衣設備，以專業市場營運機制，結合紡拓會內部設計輔導案相關資源，發展後
端小批量、多樣化生產之完整服務模式，擴大提昇服務業界能量，進而推動台灣成衣服飾產業快
速邁向少量多樣化型態發展。

The majority of Taiwan’s garment factories have been unable to
support the needs of fashion brands and top designers to produce
small quantities of diverse goods and rush.To meet these shortcomings,
the Taiwan Textile Federation established the “Apparel Pilot Workshop”
in April of 2012, gathering many senior professionals and the newest
professional garment production equipment, combined with the resources
of our internal design counseling project to develop a complete back-end,
small quantity, diverse production service model in a professional market operation mechanism. This workshop will expand and improve the power to
serve the industry and encourage Taiwan’s garment and apparel industry
to move towards developing small quantity and diverse production methods.
